The grapes are harvesting well after their full maturity, producing rich wines of great aromatic complexity. These wine, which age very well, are made only in years when the climatic conditions enable "noble rot".
An intense nose revealing the overmaturity, with hints of quince and apricot. Smooth in the mouth, with an excellent balance between sweetness and minerality. A pleasurable wine for sipping on its own or with foie gras or fruit desserts. Try it with a Tarte Tatin apple pie, for example.
